About VPNSelf

International VPN Plans
Service and Principles

VPNSelf offers a self-service VPN subscription with clear options for routes, billing, and support.

Service approach: choose a route for your needs

VPNSelf is for people who need international access, remote work connectivity, AI tools, or international streaming. The service provides international routes and client subscriptions, so you can choose based on your destination and use case rather than judging a connection by its route name alone.

Clients are available for Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux, with no limit on simultaneous devices. Monthly plans suit ongoing use; data packages remain valid until used and never expire. See plan details for billing information.

How we operate: verify first, then troubleshoot

Choose a region first, then compare how IEPL, relayed, and direct routes perform on your network. Platform region settings, local network conditions, and time of use can all affect performance, so verify availability with an actual connection. See the route list for guidance.

If you run into an issue, first check that your subscription is active and your client is up to date, then switch routes and test again. If the issue persists, submit a support ticket in the dashboard with the platform, route name, error message, and time it occurred—rather than simply saying it doesn’t work. Refunds are available within 7 days, no questions asked. See the refund policy for details.

Privacy: no logs and minimal data collection

VPNSelf follows a no-logs policy and does not record browsing activity. Account and service operations follow a data-minimization approach. No email address is needed to get started—just a username and password. When submitting a support ticket, share only the information needed to troubleshoot, and never include your password or full subscription link.

Your subscription link grants access to your account, so protect it like a password and never post it in public forums. Learn how information is handled in our Privacy Policy, and review the limits of service use in our Terms of Service.
