Terms of Service

These terms apply to the cross-border network acceleration subscription service provided by VPNSelf. Before using the service, please review its scope, account rules, and liability boundaries. Before placing an order, also check the plan details and refund policy. If you have questions about these terms, contact us through a support ticket in the user panel.

Service Scope

VPNSelf provides international route subscriptions for cross-border access, with support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Users can manage plans and obtain subscriptions and clients through the panel, then select a route to connect in the client. Available routes and delivery details are as shown in the panel.

The service provides network connectivity only. It does not include accounts, memberships, content licenses, or API usage allowances for third-party websites. Regional rules, account reviews, and fees for target services are determined by their providers; being able to connect through a route does not guarantee that a target service will permit access.

Account and Subscription Rules

No email address is needed; a username and password are enough to get started. Keep your login details and subscription link secure, and do not disclose them on public pages, in chat groups, or in public code repositories. If you discover a leak or unusual activity, change your password promptly and request help through a panel support ticket.

There is no limit on the number of devices that can be online at the same time, for use by the account holder across their own devices. This does not authorize resale or sharing the service with other users. Renting or transferring accounts, distributing subscription links, or repackaging routes as a paid service for others is prohibited.

Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date. For mid-cycle upgrades, the price difference is converted into the remaining days. Data packages remain available until used and do not expire. Choose a billing option based on your actual usage, and check the price, traffic allowance, and applicable rules before confirming an order.

Acceptable Use

Users must comply with the laws and regulations that apply where they are located and to their activities, must not use the service for unlawful purposes, and must follow the rules of the platforms they access. Using a network acceleration service does not relieve users of responsibility for their own actions, distributed content, or transactions.

Users may not use the service to commit fraud, access another person's systems without authorization, distribute malicious software, infringe another person's privacy or intellectual property, or disrupt normal network operations. Automated tasks must have the necessary authorization and must not place an abusive burden on routes or third-party systems.

Availability and Liability Boundaries

Connection quality depends on the local network, device configuration, international links, and the status of target platforms. Network maintenance, upstream failures, or force majeure events may require route changes or cause temporary interruptions. The service does not guarantee the same connection quality in every region, at all times, or for every target website.

If you encounter an issue, first check your subscription status and client configuration, then try another available route. When submitting a support ticket, include the platform, route name, and error message. Do not share your full subscription link through public channels.

VPNSelf does not control changes to third-party platform content, account decisions, or separate charges. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limit rights users have under applicable law. Specific liability will be determined in light of applicable law and the circumstances.

Restrictions and Account Termination

If a user resells an account, shares a subscription, uses the service unlawfully, or disrupts network operations in violation of these terms, VPNSelf may suspend the relevant access, restrict the service, or terminate the account based on the nature of the conduct. Where there is an ongoing security risk, necessary restrictions may be applied first while the circumstances are reviewed.

If you believe an action was taken in error, explain the situation through a panel support ticket and request a review. Provide only information relevant to the issue. Orders and user rights following an account restriction will be handled according to applicable law, the order details, and relevant policies.

Changes to These Terms and Related Policies

These terms may be updated when the service or its applicable requirements change. Updated versions will be published on this page, and the update month at the top of the page will be revised. Significant changes to usage rights or obligations will be explained through an on-site announcement or panel notice. Any additional notice required by applicable law will be provided as required.

Changes do not automatically alter the terms of completed orders retroactively. If you have questions about an update or wish to stop using the service going forward, contact us through a panel support ticket. For information on how personal data is handled, see the Privacy Policy.

You may request a full refund for any reason within 7 days of your first payment. See the Refund Policy for how to apply.
